One to One Coaching
The One-to-One coaching process will begin with a free chemistry session, typically on Zoom. This is an opportunity to meet. You can tell me a bit about your goals and ask questions about the coaching process. If we decide to proceed, I will send a coaching agreement for you to review prior to our first session.

One-to-One coaching sessions are all client led. We will discuss your goals at the beginning of each session and focus the discussion on those goals. Importantly, everything we discuss is strictly confidential. The coaching session is a place where you can feel safe sharing your feelings and thoughts without judgment. We may try various techniques during the session including visualization,writing exercises, discussing hypothetical situations but only with your approval. The typical session lasts one hour.

Divorce - The end of a relationship can be emotional and difficult in many ways. Coaching can help you navigate though all of the necessary decisions and create a path forward that works for you.
Wellness - Do you ever feel like you are stuck in a rut? Perhaps you feel like things are ok but they could be better. Maybe you want to get fit but you don't know how or where to start. We can work create a plan to help you succeed.

Life Changes - Changes of all sorts are inevitable. Some things, like retirement, may be planned years in advance. Other changes, like job loss, may be entirely unplanned. Change can be uncomfortable regardless of the circumstances. It takes us out of our comfort zone. Coaching can help you cope with change.
